The international workshop discussed current human rights issues related to systems of their protection, both at universal and regional level. It brought as well together academics and students from different continents and countries, as the different (regional) perspectives play an important (inspirational) role enhancing effectiveness of human rights´ protection. Academics and students from different universities (Poland, Brazil, UK, France, Russia, Czech Republic) formed a platform for discussion. Members from academia and practionners as well (State prosecutor office from Brazil and Czech Republic) took part in the event.
