Original language description
The article contains the analysis of the CJEU case law formulationg individual requirements regarding the order for payment procedure, which are derived from the principle of equivalent and effective protection of consumer right. Subsequently, Czech law is assessed to find whether it complies with these requirements. Where relevant, a solutions is suggested. The analysis is illustrative for other national legal systems, as similar discussions are taking place in other Member States
