Original language description
Binding opinions are a measure of renewal of cultural landmarks. They are issued by the bodies of state monument care on the basis of the written statement on the professional organization of State landmark conservation - the National Heritage Institute. Based on the amendments to the Building Act, there were interventions in the legal regulation of administrative proceedings in the area of protection of monument care and the concept of the written statement of the National Heritage Institute. Statements are a measure of renewal of cultural landmarks. They are issued by professional organization of State Landmark Conservation - the National Heritage Institute as a basis for issuing organization of Landmark Conservation´s biding opinion.
