The author considers the digitalization of public administration as a critical component for fulfilling the principles of modern good governance (public administration). The importance of digitization in this area is demonstrated by selected principles of good public administration, which are contained in the Code of Good Administration. The author assesses the current benefits of digitization in the context of efficiency and accessibility of public administration but also highlights future challenges. The author also highlights the potential benefits of digitalization in the area of legal awareness (legal literacy) and access to legal aid.
