The workshop took place on 14 of February 2024 from 9:30 to 12:30. The event was attended by academics, students and military personnel both from Italy and Czech Republic.The workshop covered various aspects of international criminal justice especially in context of Ukrainian crisis. The topics covered by the workshop included:●Introduction, investigation in Ukraine, arrest warrant against Vladimir Putin, possible developments●Obligation and practice of cooperation of States with the ICC on investigation of war crimes●Question of the establishment of a special tribunal for Ukraine – international v. internationalised ad hoc criminal tribunal – political considerations, legal grounds●Immunities in international criminal law (including the immunity of Vladimir Putin in relation to International Criminal Court) – international and national levelEach of the major topics was covered by short contributions of two academic experts and followed by a discussion:●Prof. Emanuele Cimiotta, Ass.
