    Public administration manages the resources and powers entrusted to it by citizens – and that is why the public has the right to know how it makes decisions and on what basis it acts. The article “The Right to Information in Public Administration” briefly and clearly explains the meaning of the right to information, its basic principles and practical application in communication with authorities. It discusses who can request information, what obligations the obliged entities have, what exceptions exist. The text also draws attention to the importance of transparency for the control of public authorities and strengthening trust in institutions.
