Human health is generally defined as the compliance of bio-psycho-social factors and balanced state of physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being of man. Now disruption of holistic harmony and limitations of self-determination and access to the opportunities of life, among others. What together with deficits of personal and social competencies transforms health malfunction or disability in handicap, reduced quality of life and the threat of social exclusion, which can be prevented by targeted social work, skills training and lifelong education.
