Original language description
The article deals overview of forms of agreements between Stat and Churches, both international agreements with the Holy See and intrastate agreements with other Churches and religious societies, with a view to claiming of the principle of parity in the approach of the State to Churches and religious societies. Using the example of the German Federal Republic and of the Slovak Republic, it presents two very different types of intrastate agreements. It focuses advantages and disadvantages of these two types, but first of all the very goal of such agreements: stronger stabilisation mutual relationship which cannot be achieved only by intrastate law, and fundament for mutual cooperation between State and Churches and religious societies.
