The production of active oxygen species (AOS) play a key role in plant defence. A relationship between a degree of infection and changes of enzyme activities (peroxidase, catalase, amine oxidase and acid phosphatase) was studied during the pathogenesis of Pisum sativum by Fusarium oxysporum.
