Manganese and selenium determination of blood serum and colorectal tissue levels in cancerous patients by GF AAS
Original language description
Our contribution described the details of the obtained results and the statistical evaluations were given. Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is commonly used technique for the determination of trace elements (such as SE and Mn) in clinicalsamples. The observed serum concentrations in adenocarcinoma colorectal patients of selenium were significantly lower and of manganese were significantly higher as compared to the healthy population.
