Original language description
Twinned structure of copper(II) complex with protonated 6-(3-chlorobenzyl-amino)purine (H+L), [Cu(H+L)2Cl3]Cl#2.5H2O, was determined by KM4-CCD diffractometer. The crystals of this complex crystallize in triclinic space group P-1. The structure consistsof two crystallographically independent molecules and Cu(II) ions adopt a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. Two protonated H+L ions are coordinated through the N(9) atoms of imidazole rings.
