Original language description
We used simple platinum tubular electrode-based amperometric detector for HPLC analysis of phenolic acids in plant materials to demonstrate that also very simple instrumentation can provide satisfactory analytical results. We analyzed various types of plan extracts to show that they contain different spectrum of phenolic acids as well as their amount.
