Host cytoskeleton is involved in recognition of pathogen and non-pathogen, influences penetration and further development of pathogen within infected cells. Microfilaments participate in migration of host nucleus and in non-host resistance expression. Dynamics in MTs alignment plays a role in intracellular transport as well as in deposition of structural material.
