    Currently, there is a great push to use extensive grazing as a cheap alternative management tool in all grassland communities. But what does extensive grazing really mean? Characteristic local grassland associations and individual plant species may needdifferent grazing animals and farming systems. There are significant differences on a botanical level between rotational grazing and continuous stocking.
