The aim of the paper is to deal with the procedure of a debt amortization based on monthly calculation of interests on unpaid balances and yearly entry of interest to the rest of the debt. Each month the interests on unpaid balances is calculated, theseare summed together and at the end of year added to the rest of the debt. The interests are not paid each month as in case of e.g. mortgage loan. This amortization procedure is not as common in practice as the amortization procedure based on monthly interest running, it is not in the literature. I try to transform the mentioned method to the mathematical form.

Czech description
Cílem článku bude zabývat se metodou splácení dluhu založenou na měsíčním počítání úroků z nesplacených zbytků dluhu a ročním připisování úroků ke zbytku dluhu na konci roku. Úroky z nesplacených zbytků se během roku sčítají za každý měsíc, na konci rokuse sečtou a přičtou k tíži dluhu. Úroky tedy nejsou průběžně placeny jako je tomu např. u hypotečního úvěru. Tato metoda se v praxi často nepoužívá, preferováno je splácení dluhu s průběžným měsíčním počítáním i měsíčním placením úroků. Postup s ročnímúročením není uveden v literatuře. V článku se proto pokusím o jeho matematický popis.
