The main purpose of this work is the derivation of relations for calculation of power function for the null hypotheses on mutual relation of linear regression functions. The normality of error disturbances of processed data is the condition for power function validity. Presented regeression model can be widely applied for sophisticated data processing, e.g. in genomics an proteomics.

Hlavním účelem práce je odvození vztahů pro výpočet silofunkce testu lineárních hypotéz. Podmínkou pro validitu silofunkce je normalita chyb v datech. Prezentovaný model může bý aplikován při náročném zpracování dat v mnohých oborech.
