Original language description
In multivariate linear statistical models with normally distributed observation matrix a structure of covariance matrix plays an important role when confidence regions must be determined. In the paper it is assumed that the covariance matrix is a linearcombination of known symmetric and positive semidefinite matrices and unknown parameters (variance components) which are unbiasedly estimable. Then insensitivty regions are found for them which enables us to decide whether plug--in approach can be used for confidence regions.

Czech description
Struktura kovarianční matice v mnohorozměrném modelu s normálně rozdělenou observační maticí je důležitá pro určení konfidenční oblasti. V práci se předpokládá, že kovarianční matice je lineární kombinací známých symetrických a pozitivně semidefinitníchmatic a neznámých parametrů (varianční komponenty), které jsou nestranně odhadnutelné. Jsou nalezeny oblasti necitlivosti, které umožňují posoudit jestli "plug--in" přístup k řešení je možný.
