Original language description

The paper tries to introduce the geolocation techniques of the web pages visitors. The problem of the web analytics technology, used metrics and the subsequent purposes is briefly described. There are introduced the methods for an identification the geographical location of the websites visitors, there is evaluated an accuracy and a reliability of this methods and a practical usage is described. At the end there are sketched the expected trends in the geolocation technologies.
