  • Original language description

The paper reports recent composition of vascular flora and vegetation of the "U Spálené" Nature Reserve (Litovelské Pomoraví Landscape Protected Area). Altogether 230 taxa of vascular plants have been found by recent research at the locality. From these,15 are considered to be threatened taxa in the Czech Republic. The most interesting species are Carex umbrosa, Carex nigra, Laserpitium pruthenicum, Melica picta, Melittis melissophyllum, Monotropa hypopitys, Platanthera bifolia and Scorzonera humilis. In total, three vegetation types were recorded at the locality. Polonian oak-hornbeam forests (Tilio cordatae-Carpinetum) are the dominant type of vegetation at the locality. This community is represented by two subtypes (typical one, and wet subtype Tilio cordatae-Carpinetum molinietosum arundinaceae) here. Pine, larch and spruce plantations occur locally on the margin of the locality.
