Original language description
Ther paper deals with the retention of floods in a specific landscape with well-preserved anastomosis river pattern of the Morava River. Water regime of the Morava River in the Protected Landscape Area Litovelské Pomoraví connected with regular floods led to the formation of unique floodplain forest ecosystem.
