Gaussian quantum adaptation of non-Gaussian states for a lossy channel
Original language description
The Gaussian quantum adaptation deterministically protecting a negativity of a Wigner function of a non-Gaussian quantum state transmitted through a lossy channel is proposed. For the pure non-Gaussian states, an optimized Gaussian presqueezing of the non-Gaussian state keeps the negativity pronouncedly visible. For the mixed states, the optimized Gaussian presqueezing makes the negativity of the Wigner function more robust against the loss. The Gaussian quantum adaptation increasing a fidelity of the transmitted state can be directly applied to a broad class of the non-Gaussian states of light and matter.
