    Intrastrand adducts in double-helical DNA formed by antitumor transplatin derivative containing non-bulky methylamine ligands readily rearrange into interstrand cross-links. It has been suggested that oligonucleotides modified by this platinum complex may serve as promising candidates for antisense or antigene approach.
