Ion internal energy, salt tolerance and a new technical improvement of desorption nanoelectrospray
Original language description
In this work, we report and discuss the measurements of internal energy of ions formed by nanoDESI and its tolerance to the presence of salts in samples in the context of ESI and DESI ionization processes. Further, a new technical modification significantly improving the robustness of measurement is described which can facilitate a routine use of nanoDESI by a much wider community of MS users.
