In this paper we study quadrics of revolution. Quadrics of revolution (except circular cylinder) admit nontrivial geodesic mappings and deformations in which they remain rotational. Surfaces (except circular cylinder and sphere) obtained in this geodesic deformation are no longer quadrics.
