    This work deals with the study of nickel(II) mixed-ligand complexes with thiodiglycolic (H2tdga) and benzenetricarboxylic (H3btc) acids. We have prepared and characterized, by single crystal X-ray analysis, the following homopolynuclear Ni(II) complexes:[Ni2(en)2(H2O)2(m-tdga)2].4H2O (en = ethylenediamine) and [Ni3(pmdien)3(H2O)3(m-btc)](ClO4)3.4H2O. Molecular structures of these compounds are shown on Figures 1 and 2, respectively. The results of magnetochemical studies of the complexes over the temp erature range of 1.8 -300 K will also be discussed.
