The work's main aim was to determine the health state and life style of adult men and women in the Olomouc region. The questionnaire enquiry was focused on health state and life style. The following fields were evaluated: nutrition state, tumour diseasesand diabetes mellitus occurrence, cholesterol and blood pressure values, supporting motive apparatus state and evaluation of exercising activity.
