Original language description
The report presents results of a research, that was focused on the issues of life style in students of basic and high schools in the Olomouc region. Main fields of the research were to determine boarding and drinking regime, exercise activities level, issues of smoking and alcoholic drinks consuming. The examined set was formed by 2298 students in total (1123 boys and 1175 girls). It was found out, that most students (35.4 %) are boarding four times a day, only 52.9 % of students have breakfast regularly. Most often students receive 1-1.5 litres of liquid a day (50.8 %). Most of the students have no experience with reducing diet (92.3 %). Approximately one third (31.2 %) of students do exercising activities for half to one hour a day. 48 % of studentsalready tried to smoke and 39.8 % drink alcohol occasionally.
