Work and its aspects more or less influence the quality of life of people with disabilities. People with disabilities have a lot of problems at work - starting with adaptation to a workplace and team, through difficulties during the working process or communication between them and the employer. The aim of this paper is to introduce ISO 9001 standard as a suitable element that positively influence the quality of working life (its subjective dimension) of disabled people.
