Model or 3D representation is not the domain of today. In the past, models were not primarily intended for people with visual impairments. However, people with visual impairments could use them and thus use their basic premise - 3D representations to develop their sense of touch or ideas about a phenomenon or space. In our paper we will focus on the issue of historical objects as part of our culture. The paper will include a demonstration of different 3D models of historical monuments that exist in different places in Europe and serve to better grasp the space. The paper is based on the TAČR project - Reducing the information deficit and developing the imagination of people with visual impairment through 3D models with sound elements, the key part of which are models of historical and religious monuments in CZ.
