Computer Gambling and its Incidence in Children and Adolescents
Original language description
Today, there are countless pitfalls that occur in the online environment. Children and adolescents are most at risk as they grow up in the online world and the online space has become part of their lives. In recent years, the so-called substance addictions that were part of youth in previous decades have declined significantly. On the other hand, non-substance addictions, of which internet addiction is an immediate one, are on the rise. For this reason, a research investigation was carried out to determine the frequency of non-addiction among young people. Thus, the research problem of this investigation was to find out the frequency of nettolism and gaming among youth in the age range of 11-18 years with a focus on its manifestations and effects. The progress and results of this research investigation, including the interpretation of the findings, are presented in the preceding paper.
