The presented publication, which is the result of good cooperation in the scientific and socio-cultural fields, will contribute to the development of self-help and environmental education and open up space for further discussion on the role and importance of values in the process of integral education.The publication contains a theoretical introduction focused on models of connecting environmental education and outdoor activities in selected European countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy). The practical part then presents examples of the implementation of the presented theoretical concepts from individual countries into educational practice in various types of schools.
