Individualisation in professional preparation of the physical education teacher
Original language description
"Individualised didactic materials" were collaborated for improvement of quality during professional preparation of physical education teachers. Within pedagogical training in 2001 those materials were provided to practising students (from Faculty of Physical Culture) who started their first pedagogical training. Practising students were instructed about realisation of "individualised physical education lesson" (IPE). Achievement of realisation was part of quantitative as well as qualitative survey. Totally, 62 practising students and 802 pupils at basic and secondary schools took part in this survey. Results showed positive acceptance of IPE by practising students as well as their pupils. Students appraised preferably increasing of motivation, autonomous working and creativity in classes, free atmosphere, "good feeling", interest and enthusiasm in pupils and they are willing to accept impulses for increasing individualisation during instruction.
