Original language description
Purpose of this study is to analyse physical activity behaviour and physical load of the pupils from the sports classes focusing on weekly training cycles and on single work-outs or physical education classes respectively resulting in improving the training programmes and co-ordinating schoul and training tasks. Analyse the physical load, structure, and volume of physical activity in different training seasons and in extreme training settings (i.e. training camps) to search for additional wals to improve the training process and to optimise the training load. Selected conclusions: 1. Immediate feedback quantitative and qualitative information for concerned persons and organisations about physical activity level of the pupils allows intervening expertlyto conception, content, and course of educational process in the organised forms of physical activity and leisure-time activities.
