The application of plantography and the method of pressure forces analyses for morphology and foot function evaluation
Original language description
The foot as a basal element of human body does not only provide locomotor movement but is substantial responsiv sensor and its condition is radically reflected in the postural activity demonstration. Regarding the fact that a man walks 4 times around theequator in the course of his life, we suppose that feet as well deserve thorough attention and foot care deserves greater education of the public. The information of the foot vault is completed around the age of 6. The condition and the function of longitudinal and transversal foot vault is influenced by genetic predispositions, adequate physical strain and anhropometricly appropriate and good quality footwear. The authors evaluated the foot function of 1st year students of the Physical Education and Recreation at FTK UP in 2002 - the population who is affected by greater intensity and volume of physical activity.
