Original language description
This preeceding describes a system type VarCor PF for assessment of heart rate variability and respiratory rate, which are used as a sensitive index of cardiovascular autonomic reactivity. The evaluation of heart rate variability is performed in time andfrequency domain, i.e. both by Ewing`s battery of cardiovascular tests and by short-term spectral analysis. Stress is given on stanadardization of the examination processes. Further on, the necessity to unify the evaluated indices, parameters and characteristics, that enable comparison of obtained results, both in research and in clinical practice, is emphasized as well. The article presents new metod of spectral analysis of heart rate variability (SAHRV) parameters.The posibility of encoded data transport among users via Internet to help in easy communication and consultation between research and clinical centers is described.
