Original language description
The main aim of this study was to find out, if single and repeated training of breathing against resistance has an important influence on the function of the autonomic nervous system and on ventilation parametres. We examined twenty healthy people and seven people with asthma bronchiale. We used Frolovcs breathing trainer for training of breathing against resistance. We used telemetric system Varia Cardio TF4 for diagnostics of heart rate variability and we also used spirometre Microlab 3000 for the examination of ventilation parametres. Periodic application of breathing against resistance increased the ventilation parametres in a group of twenty healthy people and people with asthma bronchiale. We proved a statistically significant longer duration ofexpiration and reduction of respiration frequency during twenty-eight days with all people.
