The positive effect of physical activity on the improvement of physical and mental condition is obvious and it is evidenced on various levels and in various age groups. Regarding the problematic life-phase in women, which is climacterium and related fading changes, the exercises with aerobic activity were offered to women at the age of 40-55y.
