Somatic profile in women at the age of maturus I and II before attending the course with aerobic activity
Original language description
The positive effect of physical activity on the improvement of physical and mental condition is obvious and it is evidenced on various levels and in various age groups. Regarding the problematic life-phase in women, which is climacterium and related fading changes, the exercises with aerobic activity were offered to women at the age of 40-55y. The complex somatodiagnostics had been performed before attending the course. The state of supporting-movement system appeared rather unsatisfactory, the occurrence of uneconomical movement stereotypes, particularly in the area of shoulder and pelvic cingulum and lower limbs, are related to defective movement stereotype of gait and movement in upper trunk area. More than 50% of women had problems and soreness oflumbal spine and the soreness of sagittal spine was considerable. There were found the significant shortenings of tonic muscles and the weakening of phasic muscles with the occurrence of compensatory movement stereotypes.
