In 2004 we realized the examination of obese children undergoing the therapeutic and educative treatment in Public Spa Bludov. To evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment, we processed data of 270 children and adolescents from 7 to 17 years old, always at the beginning and at the end of six-week-long stay at a health resort. We present in our paper sectorial analysis of body composition (anthropometrical and multi-frequent bioelectric impedance) and regressive formulas that were calculated from 1st phase data of anthropometrical and bioimpedance measurements. Regressive formulas for estimation of the percentage of adipose tissue in obese children of lower and higher grade age and Juvenis show information almost identical with the outputs of formulasused in software of the device, eventual differences range within the scope of estimation error. Stanovení tělesného složení pomocí antropometrie a bioimpedance a výpočet regresních rovnic pro odhad tělesného tuku u obézních dětí podstupujících léčbu ve St. lázních Bludov

Czech description

V roce 2004 jsme realizovali výzkum obézních dětí podstupujících léčebnou a edukační léčbu ve Státních lázních Bludov. Pro vyhodnocení účinnosti léčby jsme zpracovali data 270 dětí a mladistvých ve věku 7 až 17 let, vždy na začátku a konci šestitýdenníholázeňského pobytu. Ve sdělení je předložen dílčí rozbor tělesného složení (antropometrie a multifrekvenční bioelektrická impedance) a regresních rovnic, které byly vypočteny z dat 1.etapy antropometrických a bioimpedančních měření. Regresní rovnice proodhad procenta tuku u obézních dětí mladšího a staršího školního věku a věku Juvenis podávají informace téměř shodné s výstupy rovnic používaných v softwaru přístroje, případné diference se pohybují v rozmezí chyby odhadu. Průměrný úbytek hmotnosti činilpo léčebné kůře 5 až 9 kg, děti jsou však stále obézní. Průměrná hodnpta BMI zůstává po zhubnutí nad 97.percentilem nebo klesá do rozmezí 97. a 90. percentilu.
