A group of 20 senior students of U3A at the FPC PU, Olomouc were used to monitor changes in the posture and spine shape using the DTP2 diagnostic device after an interventional procedure of a targeted exercise program (Hui Chun Gong - a Chinese therapeutic exercise). The average age of the seniors was 61.35. The exercise affected especially the pelvic region; the three months of exercise resulted in the improvement of posterior spinas position towards the symmetric position of the pelvis. In view of thefact that the exercise is technically demanding, improperly performed positions do not lead to improvement and they may even lead to aggravation of the posture state.

U skupiny 20 seniorek ? studentek U3V na FTK UP v Olomouci jsme sledovali změny v držení těla a ve tvaru páteře pomocí diagnostického přístroje DTP2 po intervenčním zásahu cíleného cvičebního programu (čínské léčebné cvičení chuej čchun kung). Průměrný věk seniorek činil 61,35 let. Cvičení ovlivnilo především oblast pánve, po tříměsíčním cvičení došlo k úpravě polohy posteriorních spin, ve smyslu symetrického postavení pánve.Vzhledem k tomu, že technika cvičení je náročná, nesprávně provedené pozice nevedou ke zlepšení, ale mohou prohloubit zhoršení stavu postury.
