The aim of the study was to detect the stability of individual parameters of the spectral analysis of heart rate variability (SA HRV) in the successive repeated orthoclinostatic stimulations which are stable in time. Method: The tested group consisted of10 subjects (19-26 years old, 6 males and 4 females). Heart rate variability (HRV) monitored in the orthoclinostatic stimulation in 15 consecutive intervals. Results: 1.We did not find out any significant change or trend in SA HRV parameters even if they varied in time. 2. We assessed the data set in terms of the intraindividual and interindividual differences. Average variation coefficients of the SA HRV values in the supine position (intraindividual ? 0.45, interindividual ? 0.76) were less than values in the standing position (intraindividual ? 0.49, interindividual ? 0.86). 3. Cílem předkládané studie bylo zjistit stabilitu v čase jednotlivých parametrů spektrální analýzy variability srdeční frekvence (SA HRV) během opakovaných ortoklinostatických stimulací. Metodika: Soubor probandů byl tvořen 10 osobami (19-26 let, 6 mužů, 4ženy). Variabilita srdeční frekvence byla monitorována v 15 intervalech ortoklinostatické zkoušky. Výsledky: 1. Nebyly nalezeny žádné významné změny nebo vývojové trendy ukazatelů SA HRV, i když se v čase měnily. 2. Soubor dat byl také podroben intraindividuálnímu a interindividuálnímu srovnání. Průměrné koeficienty variace parametrů SA HRV vleže (intraindividuální ? 0,45; interindividuální ? 0,76) byly menší než ve stoje (intraindividuální ? 0,49; interindividuální ? 0,86). 3. Nejméně stabilní parametry vleže byly poměrové ukazatele VLF/LF, VLF/HF, LF/HF a také PLF, a to při intraindividuálním i interindividuálním srovnání.
