Original language description
Firstly, we describe existing grant policies based on determined priorities and methods of grant evaluation. Then we describe differences in the grant policy in different municipalities. Secondly, we propose to determine priorities based on benefits of PA and sport for society, to link objectives with grant programmes and to use cost utility analysis for grant evaluation. Finally, we describe practical example of proposed procedure.
