A change of demands understanding within providing of a military professionals' quality isolative protection has been evoked with the change of the security environment practically in the whole world. Despite the fact that current time is mainly characterized with problems concerning misusage of chemical warfare agents in Syria we can claim that permanently predominates the interest of scientific workers and specialists in relation to the development of methods of specialists' isolative protection in terms of toxic industrial chemicals which are a crucial part of a chemical industry in all countries in the World.
