Original language description
At present, the importance of content management and work-flow applications increases. Content management systems enable us to maintain sites for storage and sharing documents and workflow tools make the team management easier in the way either of task management or of work activities monitor-ing. At Mendel University in Brno, we decided to integrate these applications in the University information system that is well-known to and often used by all the university members. This paper presents the designmethodology and implementa-tion of the mentioned tools in the University information system environment. It describes in detail the content man-agement application "Document server" and two workflow tools "TODO" and "Job Reports" and discusses their usage and experiences from the users', managers', and developers' point of view.
