In connection with demanding goals in agriculture and its reconstruction and modernization there is a need for formal presentation of some problems. This article deals with the possibilities how to analyze and model the current state of business. At thisbusiness architecture model it is possible to specify the problem areas and subsequently reconstruct and optimize them. In this article the presented business architecture includes models of goals, resources, processes and rules of common business. Thearticle might be methodical aid for management of agriculture business that would like this document to be a part of their projects for the support from the European Union funds.

Czech description

V souvislosti s náročnými cíli v zemědělství souvisejícími s jeho restrukturalizací a modernizací vyvstává potřeba formální prezentace některých problémů. Článek se zamýšlí nad možnostmi, jak analyzovat a modelovat současný stav podniku a na tomto modelupodnikové architektury vymezit problémové oblasti a postupně je restrukturalizovat a optimalizovat. Podniková architektura zde představená obsahuje modely cílů, zdrojů, procesů a pravidel obecného podniku. Článek může být metodickou pomůckou pro management zemědělských podniků, které by takový dokument chtěly zařadit do projektů na podporu z fondů Evropské Unie.
