The paper deals with the problem of indirect administrative costs of taxation (compliance costs) measurement made in the group of industrial companies with their registered office in the Czech Republic. The aim of the paper was to develop the methodicalprocedure of compliance costs of taxation measurement. The verification of this procedure in the chosen set of enterprises , the quantification of indicator of the ratio of the compliance costs of taxation on yield of collected taxes and the acquirementof the knowledge for the possibility of next research realization belong to the aims as well.

Příspěvek se zabývá prolematikou měření nepřímých administrativních nákladů zdanění (vyvolaných nákladů) ve vybraném souboru průmyslových podniků se sídlem v České republice. Cílem příspěvku bylo vypracování metodického postupu měření vyvolaných nákladůzdanění, kvantifikace ukazatele podílu vyvolaných nákladů zdanění na výnosech z vybraných daní v každém ze zkoumaných podniků a získání poznatků pro možnost realizace dalšího výzkumu ve statisticky reprezentativním souboru podniků.
