Our information system was designed to provide administrative support to the university's main activities -- education and science and research. This article try to cover all important parts of this information system, show you some applications in thisinformation system and cover also our activities in outsourcing information system to other universities mainly in Slovak Republic. The main part of information system -- study administrative support system -- is developed to support study system in according to conclusions of Bologna process -- three stages in education, European credit transfer system, courses and its prerequisites etc. We try to point to main specific functions of our solution for these problematic in this article.
