Original language description
The contribution deals with the methodological procedures of cost valuation for selected plant products produced in organic agriculture systems and with the testing of the costs monitoring methodology for a sample of agricultural products. The testing ofthe proposed methodological procedure has been done on the basic of groundwork data for ecologically grown winter wheat.

Příspěvek je zaměřen na stanovení metodologických postupů zjišťování nákladů na vybrané rostlinné produkty získávané v ekologických systémech hospodaření a na ověření metodiky sledování nákladů na výběrovém souboru zemědělských podniků. Navrhovaný metodický postup je ověřen na podkladových údajích pro pšenici ozimou, pěstovanou ekologicky.
