The paper describes the research conducted under a project financed by Internal Grant Agency at MUAF Brno among organizations in the Czech Republic during year 2006. The objective of this research was to analyze the degree of using CRM systems. In the paper, individual phases of the research are described -- respondents selection, methods of addressing them, information collection, and results processing.

V rámci projektu IGA MZLU probíhal v roce 2006 výzkum za účelem zjištění úrovně používání systémů typu CRM mezi firmami v ČR. Článek popisuje, jaké otázky měl výzkum odpovědět a jednotlivé fáze výzkumu -- výběr respondentů, způsoby jejich oslovení, sběrinformací a zpracování výsledků.
