A survey was performed in the framework of the grant provided by the internal grant agency of the Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry, No. 68/2006, termed "Trends in EMA end management accounting in the Czech Republic". All the organizations that have a validated environmental management system in the Czech Republic according to the European EMAS II. Program were addressed. The basic results of the survey summarises this paper.
