The Asset Trend Analysis of Agricultural Enterprises in the Czech Republic

Original language description

The aim of the paper is the summary of the findings about the trend in agriculture investment, property structure, especially long-term assets, of the agricultural enterprises between 2000 and 2005 and about the possibilities of the financing of investment to the agriculture. The impact of the unfavourable financial situation of the agriculture enterprises prevailing up to 2003 was the shortage of the capital resources for the agricultural investment needed for the technical and technological changes that would lead to the competitiveness of the Czech agriculture with the developed countries.The economic results of agriculture sector for year 2005 and preliminary also for 2006 show that there is a success in keeping positive trends in final economic indicators of Czech agricultural after the entry to European Union.

Analýza vývoje aktiv v zemědělských podnicích v ČR

Czech description

Cílem příspěvku je shrnout poznatky o vývoji investic a struktuře majetku, zejména dlouhodobých aktiv zemědělských podniků mezi lety 2000 a 2005. Dopadem nepříznivé situace v zemědělství, která trvala do roku 2003, byl nedostek kapitálových zdrojů pro investice do nezbytných technických a technologických změn, které by vedly k dostetečné konkurenceschopnosti českého zemědlství v porovnání s rpzvinutými zeměmi. Výsledky roku 2005 a předběžně také pro rok 2006 ukazují, že se v zemědělství daří držet pozitivní trend vývoje ekonomických finančních ukazatelů českého zeměděství po vstpu do EU.
